Grizzly's — Restaurant in Terrebonne

Came with a friend Saturday evening. Got seated 30 min early from our reservation. I enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant. It looked clean and modern.

Ordered the poutine appetizer. I enjoyed the portion size because it's small enough to get a good taste but not big enough to be considered a meal. I didn't find it special tho. Fries were good, sauce good. Overall pretty decent compared to what I've had.

I ordered the spaghetti bolognaise. I find it was too saucy and tomato-y for my taste. It's not your thick meaty bolognaise you'd expect. I was sad that it didn't come with any bread either. It was ok.

I got served tableside cheese and pepper and i feel like that was the best part of the service I've had.. the waitress didn't check up on us not once after our appetizers or meals arrived. I had to ask for more water because it wasn't getting filled.

Would give it another chance. Maybe I got unlucky with the wait staff and I've had my friends steak and it was...

I went on a Monday, but I think it was unexpectedly busy since the few waitresses had to wear many hats, they still did a great job to take the orders make our drinks and bring the food to every customer in a reasonable time. I enjoyed the many big screens which makes it easy to watch a game. The food was good I had a "bavette de boeuf" which came with soup, fries and vegetables. I was somewhat weary at first because on the outside, the place doesn't look super appealing. But once you walk in, all is forgiven. Everything is in top shape. The service is incredible. Our waitress spoke English freely to those uncomfortable with French and was happy to help answer any question we had regarding the menu. The food was terrific.
