The wait at the door was about 10 minutes before we were even greeted. Then, once we sat down, it took another 10 minutes for someone to ask if we wanted coffee. Coffee arrived 15 minutes later. We ordered our food when the coffee arrived and it took 30 minutes. The food was ok, sa excuse for fruits, though. The entire time we spent waiting, we looked around: other clients sitting cross-armed, cross-legged waiting for food, waiting to be greeted, waiting to receive a coffee refill. This is the legitimate definition of "wait". You would wait longer here than to get on The Monster at La Ronde... It was a half full restaurant and the two waiters were not so busy.
Keeping the coffee flowing is a basic rule in a breakfast...
