It been quite a while since I been to this St-Hubert. And wow, they really improve a lot. Came here with a friend during Fatherâs Day weekend. I made reservation which I recommend doing. When we got there, are table was ready. And are waitress was very nice and friendly. I order from the table dâhĂŽte. Which I took the house salad, which was quite surprised good. The house dressing was perfect, not overpowering. And for the main I took the piri piri chicken breast. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Nice and juicy. And there French fries were ok for being frozen fries. The only nitpick I would give was my coleslaw. It was very cold. I think where they store their coleslaw their settings too cold. A shade before frozen. Even the plate was cold to the touch. But the coleslaw was still good. My friend took their St-Hubert Poutine. It look like their own version of a General Tao Poutine. She really enjoy it. And I took a bite from it and it was quite good. Both portion size meals was really good. At least they didnât cut back on it, unlike many places that I been to since post Covid. Immediately we were judged for being English. they took our order, and I asked if it was OK if they brought my soup with my meal. The waitress told me yes, no worries, then 30 seconds later brings me the soup when she literally told me I can get it with my meal, The soup was also so cold, then 15 minutes go by 20 minutes go by, 45 minutes go by, still no food, The restaurant was also empty btw. Then our waitress left and we were given a new one. The new waitress had her friends at the restaurant, the entire time she was just talking to them, when our food was actually ready she was too busy sitting down at the table with her friends to realize our food was there, The cook literally had to come out and get he, Because it was waiting there for 15 minutes. The minute she served us, she went back to sitting down with her friends at the table. We had to wait another 20 minutes to get our bill, then another 20 minutes after to pay because she was too busy talking to her friends⊠I will truly never go back to the St....
   Read moreThe customer service at the drive thru wasn't good (01/17/22 ~2:20PM). The young lady kept cutting me off and I Felt rushed. I had to repeat the order several times since I hadn't got a chance to speak without getting interrupted.... It almost felt like she didn't want to be at work. To add Insult to the injury, she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. Unfortunately, it only takes one employee's bad performance to run the entire experience for a customer. Subsequently the company's rating suffers despite the best effort from the other team members who may have put in their heart and soul to provide a quality service.
