I've been meaning to leave this review for quite some time! I had to pop in there late last spring as My dogs were with Me & they needed water. As soon as I stated that, the very kind male staff gave Me a free bottle of cold water for them. So I gave him a good tip. I NEVER have went to a buisness where they ever care about your pet or offer you a free bottled water, & this was my 1st time going in! I didn't know them & I wasn't a repeat customer. It happened again when I had to go back near the end of August to Service Ontario next door. I drive there from London East as it's so much quicker then the line ups in town. I ordered 2 ready slices of pizza this time & said I had my dogs again so needed a bottled water. Again He gave me a free water! Unbelievable service! The food was Great! I was just blown away. This is the kind of SMALL BUSINESS we need to be SUPPORTING , especially DOG LOVERS!!!! I gave them a $10 tip that time to show my absolutely appreciation! It's these small caring businesses that will never be replaced by places like Walmart. So PLEASE Support them!!! Disappointed Experience Overall
Ordered pizza, wings, Caesar salad, and dipping sauces, but several things missed the mark:
Pizza: Very dry. I requested BBQ sauce, but it was either missing or barely there. It lacked flavor, though the portion size was decent.
Wings: Good amount and meaty, but I ordered hot wings and received something that tasted more like a tangy BBQ. When you order hot wings, you expect heat—something closer to Frank’s RedHot.
Caesar Salad: Lettuce leaves were huge—had to chop them myself to make the salad manageable. A little more prep would have helped.
Dipping Sauces: The “ranch” turned out to be jalapeño ranch, but this wasn’t mentioned anywhere. That’s a big issue for people with dietary or spice sensitivities—my spouse couldn’t eat it.

About 10 wings for pound of wings. Nicely breaded. Gold hot sauce on the side (as per requested). They are speedy for the amount of orders they had.
Found the pizza to be too dense for our liking. Asked for thin crust on online ordering but don't think that's what we got when I went to pick up. The toppings could be more chopped out. Personal preference. Did online ordering and it didn't tell me how long it'll take for pizza to be ready. So, had to call the store to find out. It would be nice to have more deals and promos without a 2L coke. Or, if there's an alternative option, would love to know.
