They are so unorganized. They just ruined our day. We were waiting for them to be open so that we can order the food and eat in our suite that’s why we requested check out time to be at 1pm but as they open at 11:30am, I ordered and ask them if they can deliver a little earlier but the lady was super rude and she said we just opened and we don’t even know if we have your order yet, it might later on system. I was like ok even if it comes at 12-12:15pm we can still eat. But then they call after half an hour and they said we don’t have delivery driver can you pick up i said ok we can. After 15 minutes their driver comes and ask us to come to the village to pick up the food because he cannot come to the reception we went and we saw that the food was drenched with the soup we ordered. Then driver said i will go back and get the new food in 10 minutes we were like ok by the time it was 12:45pm we decided to check out by then. We were done with our check out formalities and then they called again that our driver is not available can you come pick up. This is just too much. We said ok anyways when we are leaving we can come. Then we went to the basement of our hotel where our car was parked and was about to leave then driver calls and says can you take your food at the reception i am here. Then finally we got our food. This is so annoying. I mean can you please decide if you want to deliver or not.
Reply to your reply You claimed there were parking issues and that’s why customers are asked to pick up food from the Village supermarket. But if that’s true, why did your driver suddenly manage to come to the hotel reception the second time? Clearly, parking wasn’t the real issue — it was poor communication and disorganization on your part.
Also, instead of offering a genuine apology, you chose to respond with sarcasm and disrespect, comparing a frustrated customer to “Queen Elizabeth.” That’s not how professional businesses handle complaints.
We were patient throughout the experience and even agreed to multiple pick-ups. Yet your staff was rude, the food was spilled, and the service was completely disorganized. If mistakes happen, as you said, then own them professionally — don’t mock your customers.
Instead of making excuses, please focus on fixing your service standards and training your staff on how to communicate with basic respect. And yes even you are not queen...
Read moreWe recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Indian restaurant, and I have to say — it was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. This place deserves every bit of the 5-star rating I’m giving and more!
We visited on a weekend trip and were coming down from the Blue Mountains. The location is super accessible, easy to find, and to our delight, there was ample of free parking which is a huge plus, especially when you're traveling with family or a larger group and don't want the hassle of searching for parking or paying extra. Right from the entrance, the place gave off a warm and welcoming vibe with friendly staff and a cozy, well-kept interior.
What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality and attention to detail, especially around dietary needs. We made a last-minute request for Jain food, something that many restaurants either don’t offer or need advance notice for. But to our surprise, not only did they graciously accepted our request, they went above and beyond by cleaning their pans and utensils to ensure there was no onion or garlic contamination. That level of care and sensitivity to our dietary restrictions is rare and deserves special recognition.
Now, coming to the highlight the food. Oh my, the food was absolutely impeccable! From the soft, fresh butter garlic naans to the rich and flavorful sabzis (Jain Paneer Bhurji, Dal Makhni, Chilly Paneer) everything tasted like it was made with love and authenticity. The Jain versions of the dishes didn’t feel like compromises in any way they were just as delicious as their regular counterparts.
The service was prompt, polite, and genuinely caring. The staff regularly checked in to make sure we were happy with everything and if we needed anything else. We never once felt rushed.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a top-notch Indian dining experience whether you’re local or visiting the area near the Blue Mountains — this restaurant is a must-visit. They’ve nailed the perfect balance between great food, wonderful hospitality, and thoughtful accommodations. We left with full hearts and fuller stomachs, and we’re already looking forward to returning again soon.
Next time we are around Blue mountains this is the restaurant we would be visiting.
Highly, highly...

I never mentioned anything about the bill being $90. Rofl literally. You disproved yourself as you clearly know i ate at your reataurant but have a problem taking feedback! Plus i tipped which made it $100+, so yeah again you disproved yourself.
Lol, go ahead! Clearly you guys have all the time in the world to play these nasty games since your restaurant is so empty! 🤣 Peace out ✌️
Final edit: these ppl are in clear denial and clearly very toxic, just take a look at their language and choice of words. Anyway, hold on to your food licence dearly coz you never know when you might be hit with a surprise food inspection and you are caught with your pants down 🙂
Previous: The food was really bad - both chicken curry and kadhai chicken tasted exactly the same (extremely oily and spicy even though we said medium spice). They took forever even to get a beer! The chicken spring roll was also extremely oily.. best thing on the table was their naan.
Edit: added proof of the 2 above mentioned curries (can’t even tell them apart from the photos 🤢) after seeing the owner’s alleged claim of a paid bad review. Lol, who do they think you are, for someone to post a paid review?! Are you high??
Go learn to cook instead of leaving toxic replies in incomprehensible broken english. Can’t even take an honest feedback. Feel bad for even tipping you guys..
Fun fact: we took the ramp as we had a stroller which took us from the back alley in front of their kitchen and we saw that they were actually serving pre-packed foods, like 3-min instant chowmein and then charging $15+ for it. What a scam!! Feel tempted to involve the health...
