Me and my Wife Booked a regular room at the blue mountain inn on Saturday and they charged us over $400 per night plus fees , The Room was dirty and looked like it was 20 years old , the window view was of a flat roof with hvac units windows don’t open , we end up going out for a night in the village because the room was unbearable to hang out in because it just had a bad vibe , we get back to the room around 12am and order a pizza and than proceed to watch a movie , then we are having adult time together and we hear pounding at the door aggressively and I try to say I’m not dressed and they start yelling through the door that they will come in to our room if we do not open it they have my dog barking , I race to get dressed and open the door and two thugs in tactical gear start yelling saying that their was a noise complaint and demand to see the other person in the room , my wife was naked so she had to put on a blanket and the thugs security guards start trying to intimidate us as if we were criminals or something, they threatened me multiple times as I stand half Dressed at the door my wife ask them to leave us alone and they kept barking orders and threatening us , then they say if they have to come back we will get a $600 fine for a noise complaint, they did not even investigate to verify if the noise was even use as we were not even loud and had a movie on nor did they call the room or just have a regular staff member knock on our door first , I’ve never felt so violated in my life having to deal with these SS Security Guards in riot gear , worst experience ever and it’s the worst hotel but the most expensive and the majority of the staff are rude to the customers , If you are heading to blue mountain please do not book at Blue Mountain Inn their is high end hotels for half the price and we found out the hard way but lesson learned, the thing is when your spending $2000 dollars for a weekend away you expect the host hotel to protect the customers not make them targets and let their thug security guards attack clients just because they are looking for confrontation and a fight we were lucky enough to get them on video which is sponsored on YouTube for people to view it as well for my lawyers to submit in our complaints and law suit , please just spend the time to book at one of the high end hotels because they ares literally half the price half the problems and 10 times...

Would have appreciated slippers if the floor was going to be this disgusting. Bed was well made, bathroom appeared generally clean (albeit the grout in the shower was somewhat moldy and amateurshly caulked). No housekeeping was provided during our stay, so towels were never changed. Shower hot water was variable, my partner found it cold with only hot water on. Room lights did not all work. No room safe for valuables. Other guests were loud and disrespectful of the noise level in the early morning - constant baby crying, kids screaming, and doors slamming. Surprised the fire alarm was not pulled at 3 AM as a gag. Complimentary coffee with creamer and sweetener was provided, but no cups for water. Ice and vending machine was on floor at $5 for a bottle of water/soda. This hotel allows dogs in the rooms for some reason, which made barking non-stop and allergy unfriendly. A walk around the building revealed dogs sitting by themselves for hours in the rooms at the balcony window. Animal neglect? (not the hotel's fault) The entrance to the building had a non-stop alarm sounding, which was never quieted during our entire stay. Elevators were slow and lights flickered. While there, the bar appeared abandoned and closed, the conference room was in disarray, which you could see through the windows upon a walk around the facility. Was not interested in visiting the restaurant because of this. This building needed a paint job, wood features were rotting, and the interior was beat-up: scratched walls, bashed-in wall heaters, carpets rolling in the corners. Air conditioner rattled and was noisy throughout our stay. Television size was good, but the signal constantly froze, making it unwatchable. No free WiFi (fee of $17 per 24 hours of use). Regretted not staying at the Comfort Inn instead. 2 rooms for 2 kids and 2 adults cost about $1,200 for 2 nights. Not worth it. Perhaps they were better during ski season in the 1980s, otherwise avoid. Won't be returning until management is changed and takes pride in their establishment....
Read moreWhen I finally found reviews of this place, I became nervous and almost cancelled my visit. My friends and family still really wanted to go so they convinced me to keep the unit. We stayed there from Jan 1-3. We got there around 6 pm and the room was ready to go. We drove up to the building and started unloading in our unit which was on the 2nd floor. The unit was amazing! Perfect size for a group of 6-8 adults (we had 7). The kitchen was stocked with everything which included plates, cups, wine glasses, forks, spoons, sharing dishes, pots and pans, spatulas and serving spoons. and the bathroom was fully stocked with towels, rags, shampoo, conditioner and a blow dryer; both were clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. The building was an easy 2 minute walk from the centre of the village. Wifi worked fairly good with minimal issues.||||The Cons||||You can only park one car directly in front of the building per unit. All other cars have to park in the over flow parking, which isn't too far but in the winter it isn't ideal.||||Under and deep inside the couches needed to be vacuumed more thoroughly (there were two vacuums inside the unit) ||||Inside the oven needs a wipe to keep from smoking up||||We couldn't go on the balcony due to the high level of snow out on the actual balcony.||||Overall the unit was great! I would definitely be staying here again ||||It is a villa style unit so people don't come to clean everyday unless you pay an extra fee or call and ask for extra towels (they come every 3rd day to restock the unit). Our group was ok with that because we treated the unit as our own place and cleaned up...
