Fromagerie Victoria — Restaurant in Thetford Mines

This was one of my first places out since Covid! The breakfast was amazing. So, so good!!! Need more than 5 stars. I had just 1 egg and the plate was huge. The French toast with strawberries 🍓 and chocolate sauce.Amazing!!! Also the brunch plate, HUGE!!!. The only thing that was a hiccup was the waitress/cashier...she was just maybe a bit to young or nervous and came off...

The poutine is good and they don't skimp on the cheese, i'll give them that. But it's REALLY expensive for a poutine that has nothing extravagant. I really like their pepper sauce but they do really skimp on that, the fries are barely covered and they charge a bit extra for it. Still, it's my boyfriend's favourite so I guess it deserves a 4 stars but if it were up to...

Samedi matin 7h05 je viens déjeuner. Le premier repas de la journée qui est supposé donner énergie et bonne humeur, Oh Quel Horreur, Fuyez… deux œufs tournés saucisses+café: le contour des œufs est croustillant et les jaunes ne coulent pas, saucisses à peine grillées à un endroit, tièdes et goûtent le frigo, un petit spot de beurre ridicule au milieu des toasts… et le jus brun appelé café donne vraiment l’impression d’être le résultat du deuxième silex coulé à partir d’une seule poche de café. Et je vais m’abstenir de commentaires sur les patates à déjeuner congelé… Tout ça pour plus de 13$, non mais… C’est propre, mais...
