went there to eat with my boufriend and my two kids , the waiter was very bland and cold he didn’t talk to us much didn’t even ask if we were ready to orde he just stood in front of us and waited for us to talk to him , no smiles nothing.. i ordered our food the server left and came back about 15-20 min with only our food he then proceeded to tell me he didn’t write down what i ordered for my kids because he didn’t know i ordered for my kids i was very upset and on top of it all when i changed my fries for a poutine he didn’t add an extra he simply added it as if i ordered two poutine which cost more then just an extra , which i only realized when looking at my receipt in the car . so anyways i then reordered for my kids and asked for the manager there was no manager but a young woman came back and asked us the problem i explained and she seemed more nice and understanding she got us extra fries since we gave our poutine to our kids until they had their food but the waiter still didn’t order for my kids he came back a second time and asked if we were still ordering for our kids i was speechless … after a while my kids finally got their meal i has one free déserte offered in total it cost me 66$ and my time i was still generous enough to give the server 8$ tip .. he never said thank you he never once apologized.. food was grate but i don’t think i will ever...

The interior is fantastic. Loved how it is decorated and even the music.

The main event, the food, was disappointing to many of us.

I ordered a smoked meat platter. It turns out it was a sandwich with fries and a nice little salad. I thought a sm platter is the slices of the meat, the 4+ pieces of rye on another area of the platter.....a dill pickle is a must but to our chagrin is not included either.

The fish and chips was nothing special and the mac and cheese was over seasoned.

The nachos were good but the pulled pork sandwich was dry.

The selection of beer was nice. Not too many and what we had...

The first time was pretty good. The second time.. very bad. Went there January 23, 5h30 - 7h30.. the 2 people that where there, did NOT care at all about anything. My friend didn't like her food. He offered a discount. After he talked to his boss and the boss said that he couldn't do that. I think it's pretty normal that this time, you'll give the discount since you already said it. Plus when we needed something and tried to sign 1 of the 2 servers over, they never came.

The other 2 meals where good tho. But when we asked to bring the bill.. never came. We had to get it ourselves. Still...
