July 2023 I have been to A&W a few times since the renovation. So far the service has been good as well as the food. No surprise condimentsđđź
December 12 2012 I recieved a teen burger with a foot long hair in it. Unfortunately my wife loves A&W, I will not eat here in the future. No efforts have been made to rectify issues I have brought up in the past.
In the past this has been an exceptional fast food joint.
Today the cleaning has been lacking and today the lady taking the orders could be more interested in paint drying then getting an order right.
In the past.... A customer was irate with the order having not been filled properly. He had asked them to go easy on the condiments and they had failed to do so. The staff re made his order for him and continued to deliver...

A pretty good A&W located right on the highway for convenience. There is a massive free parking lot and a gas station adjoining this location so you can get everything that you need done.
The staff are pretty quick to get your order. I was fortunate to be dining in because the first orange juice that I wsd served wad right at the end of the batch so it was basically just water. I didn't get a fuss about returning it, but the lady admitted that I should never have been served it in the first place and replaced it.
There are a number of seating areas available because of Pizza Hut also been in the building so breakfast it is!

Every time we go to the drive-thru, even when there is no line, we are told to drive around back and wait a few minutes. Every single time it seems they don't have enough things ready. There is nobody behind me and in a fast food drive thru I'm sorry but the expectation is as follows:
Place order; Go to window to pay; and, Receive order in a timely manner without needing to circle the building and wait for 5 minutes for 2 combos.
This may seem small and petty but this is THE ONLY A&W that consistently has these issues.
