Cajun Fuzion — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

My soul was soo satisfied with the seafood boil from Cajun Fuzion on New Year's Eve 😍 we ordered the NYE feast which came with a loaded seafood boil, 2 soups, 2 biscuits, 2 empanada's and begnets for dessert.

The flavours were amazing, beyond what I could have expected. A huge serving for my fiancé and I, we definitely had leftovers. The quality of the food too was really good, so many clean crab leg pulls👨🏻‍🍳💋 I had never tried a seafood boil before, however I've eaten seafood before various ways. This is definitely by far my favourite style. The lady who met me at the entrance and gave me our food was so sweet and cute too, sharing my excitement for trying their food finally.

100/10 experience for sure, and we will order again. Thank you...

Ordered Jambalaya with Blackened Salmon and Fried Plantains as add-ons. Everything was amazing and on point...

The Jambalaya was definitely a standout dish, extremely flavorful and right amount of moisture (I wish I knew how to make it this well). Best I've ever had. Very generous portion size as well!

Blackened Salmon came with a charred lemon, again lots of flavour.

Fried Plantains were great too, I can never get them right when I try to make at home...

This place is very unassuming, takeout only but it changed my perspective on Cajun/Creole food... So why not give it a shot and have them...

Not a dine in, so atmosphere cant really earn anything except a welcoming and accomodating smile & personality. I came in on a whim. Everything is made to order. Being just a walkin customer, they were still happy to take my order. In a rush, and still not a major Seafood Cajun fan, I was able to get the cream crab and tomatoe soup. Wonderful. Seriously wonderful Tomatoey-craby-creamy-deliciously scrumpdelitious. Gone in less than 60 seconds when I got home. A great intro for my young son in his ever expanding pallette. This soup is a pleasing introduction to a full meal I am now looking forward to experiencing. Thank-you...
