Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

Just called dominos to order 3 pizzas and some other foods for me and my bf and nephew who is visiting from bc and they said they wouldn't deliver because its on the other side of town, we said thanks politely and went to go call another place but I had my heart set on it so I called to see if they would add an extra charge to deliver, I was talking to the manager and asked if they would deliver to us, she asked our address and I told her and she started talking so rudely saying "they can't deliver here because the other store is in our area but there internet is down and I can't help you, and then hung up in my ear, I had not used attitude and was very polite with her as I was just trying to ask some questions, I was just being cheerful on the phone because it wasn't even a big deal I was just inquiring because I was willing to pay an extra fee for delivery, when I was hung up on. Will never recommend this place to anyone !! I can't believe how someone with a lack of customer service skills like that managed to get into a managers position, what a terrible personality to have representing...

I am from calgary,alberta. We were on way to alberta from ontario and had long journey so stayed in thunder bay for night . I am huge fan of domino’s and as i had my 7th pizza and it was free medium as i order from domino’s app. It was all good in ordering and delivery. I got pizza with garlic bread and coke.we were so tired and hungry but as soon as we got pizza my hunger was gone.me and my brother could able to eat hardly one slice each .Pizza was not cooked and loads of marinara sauce on it which just came out as we took slice. Taste was not good.but as we were hungry we still could able to eat one slice and threw the rest. Even i had given tip to guy as usual but i guess was not even worth it. Thanks. Hope you understand that free pizza was earned with buying pizzas...

I like the occasional deals I get in my email. Pizza is affordable, satisfying, and the way I think a simple pizza should taste. Not as greasy on the hands as Pizza Hut. The app can be annoying when using a promo code and trying to figure out if you went over the provided amount of toppings. Also annoying is how the number of included toppings varies randomly between 1 and 4 from offer to offer. I wish I could save time and pay in the app, but this is minor. I do love being able to see the progress of my order in real-time which enables me to pick up right away while my order is still hot. That's the ordering process for me. The guy at the cash is usually friendly enough and fairly efficient. No complaints about the service. On average, I get a pizza here every...
