incredibly unhappy about the delivery service. app wasnt updating as order was being prepared ad delivered. the driver did not follow simple instructions (back door, call on arrival) instead knocking on my front door as I was vacuuming. when i didnt awnser the door they entered my home to leave the pizza on the floor as I came around the corner. later my neighbour brought my cat to the door saying the driver let him out. they WERE NOT WEARING A MASK either when they entered my house and handled my food. Ordered pick up pizza ×2 @ 1046 P.M.went to pick up pizza. Told it will be five minutes. Waited 2o mins only to argue with Jasmine. Our pizza sat out for 15 minutes above the oven. As we waited for her the finish her conversation with the employee. Very rude behavior at the till with Jasmine.as she says she was making the pizza. But standing and talking with another employee who was at the front desk for the last 20 minutes. I ordered through their Online order at 10:21pm the pizza was not delivered until 11:03pm. On their app it says if the pizza is not delivered in 40 mins its free. When I called them to inquire they said the driver was their at 10:59pm. I was able to see it from my window that the driver was not their until 11:03pm. The driver did not deliver onto my door steps and called me downstairs to pick up the order. The driver was very rude and started speaking in Punjabi and was very rude to me.
