I have never written any of review for my entire life but I am so pissed right now so I am writing this review. I just went this location (May 11, 2018, 12:00pm) and ordered BLT bagel breakfast meal to go and when came back to workplace and had a first bite, I've noticed that there was no egg in it. I was little bit pissed but it was understandable because people make mistake. So I went back there (12:20pm) and asked for new one and they did. Once I got back to workplace, I opened up the bun to make sure everything was ok, but now there was no Tomato, and my order was Extra sauce and lettuce but didn't even had any of those. I was so pissed not only because I didn't get the right item, also I had to drive down there to ask for new one again. So I went there again (12:50pm), and asked for a manager to talk about this issue. The manager showed up but she just wanted to give me another new item and tried to send me away. So I said I don't need a bun anymore, and I want refund, and she was like "OK here is your $4.75. BYE". What kind of service is like that? She never said sorry to me during the conversation and until end of conversation. I understand it was a lunch time and you guys were busy, but that was not right way to deal with the situation that happened by your crew member, not the customer. Read moreThis location has been consistently terrible for decades. I don't recall ever having an order being correct so I usually check before leaving and when I dont check I consistently have to call about something missing which is particularly brutal since today I put in the order with the self serve terminal so I'm not sure how but reading has become a failure point as well. Today I got a happy meal with ONLY fries in it, I'm missing two cheeseburgers and my large fries was barely half full!! To recap, I was in a hurry so I went to a fast food place, I input my order myself, had to ask for bags for my to go order and THEN had to fill my own drinks! I guess I should have just made lunch for my kids and I since on top of all that you cant even do the only thing you had to do and READ the order and make it as ordered. In addition to all of this they no longer seem to answer the phone since it must just be endless complaints I guess. I said last time I went to thos location that I would never go back but I guess I thought you might actually be able to do your job once. Fool me twice I guess... Read moreI don't have any problems during the afternoon, early evening. But in the morning and later at night, the staff there is all over the place. They don't know what to do or are goofying off. Last night I went around 9pm, ordered two iced coffees. First the cashier didn't know what he was doing, accidentally overcharged me and then I stood there waiting for over 10 minutes, missing my bus. There was a girl (obviously new) standing near the coffee station, not doing anything. Barely knew how to even make an iced coffee, didn't stir anything either. When I asked for a tray, she took her time walking to and from. It was a good couple minutes before I even got it. Then she just places it sort of near me and doesn't even hand me my coffees, so I had to awkwardly reach over the counter. Red River needs to work on getting good managers/supervisors for the night shifts. There are always mistakes and if there isn't, I'm waiting at least twice as long...
