At the regional hospital, many of the people grabbing a coffee or something quick to eat are dealing with emotions that are new to them. That segment of the public should experience a little more care and understanding. They most certainly do not need to speak repeatedly their order, nor endure getting that order wrong.
Many coffee shops struggle with this sloppy customer service and I am exceptionally happy to report that the team at this Robin's are EXEMPLARY!!!! After 24 weeks of my treatment and testing, ordering a quick breakfast and coffee is a type of relief. I must repeat that this is a team of fantastic people, but the team captain must be Charlene. After all these weeks, I have come to experience her expertise. Yes! Expertise!! Business like, of course, but always in a great mood.
If she is not a trainer of new employees, she should be. It says something to feel special, and have your order done quickly and accurately. Some people are just great at their jobs, and I can not say enough about their team captain.
BUT, I am not saying I am displeased with anyone there, but Charlene leads that pack of stellar service. Perhaps she is inspires others to perfect their customer service prowess, for they are all good.
So, when coming to the regional hospital, forget the drive through elsewhere. Come directly and sample good coffee with...
Read moreSecond day in hospital went for coffee only had a toonie since my wallet was at home as I came by ambulance. I asked the lady what size I could get for 2.00 she said it’s 2.10 and I didn’t have a dime she did not offer to pay the 10cents for me??? Luckily the lady behind me did and offered to pay for my coffee ☕️ so there are awesome people out there but the lady making my coffee wasn’t one of them even when she saw me struggling to operate a wheel chair for the first time ever and obviously in pain.
I went down in my wheelchair again today with enough money for a coffee the guy made it and I paid put the coffee between my legs and away I went in my wheelchair only the coffee fell on my way outside. I know my fault however I wheeled back to robins and explained my coffee fell assuming he would just replace it but nope 👎 once again a kind lady paid for my replacement coffee thank you do much!! Long story short maybe the workers should try and have some compassion towards their customers who most of are in pain and suffering or learning how to use wheelchairs walkers crutches etc I am still in hospital and will not be back...
Read moreI was there about 2 weeks ago visiting my mom and there were 3 ladies behind the counter the whole time I was there all I heard was them gossiping about there other co worker. Than not only that but the older lady with the short hair was so rude to a customer she wanted her sandwich grilled and the lady had already packed the sandwich with out even giving her that option she than threw it on the grill literally and said you know some people don’t like to stay at work past there quitting time. She was so rude and obnoxious! I will never go here again and I been coming there for years now. That one person ruined it for me. Get a different job you old bat if it’s to much for you to stay 2 mins past your “quitting time” and have some respect you don’t know what someone is going threw in a hospital. You should be ashamed...
