Starbucks — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

Dude working tonight gave zero f’s about drink quality. My fault really for coming to this location, pardon me, should have known better. Refreshers are arguably the easiest drinks to make. Just follow the directions on the shaker cup! Dude free poured the juice concentrate, put a single splash of coconut milk in and hardly any ice. Gave it two pathetic little shakes and handed it off. I’m not about to stand over a grown man and walk him through doing his job. I literally bought myself a box of coconut milk from the store so I could re shake it when I got home. Went to get a cold brew and they said that the machine wasn’t working. I said never mind and walked to my car. I then opened their app and seen they had Ice coffee (same thing) and went back in to ask. By then the line was around the corner and when I asked “do you have ICE coffee” they said “yes” I then said “well I’m not waiting now and you should have said that” just pure incompetence and lack of care. How do you not offer someone an alternative when you don’t...

It’s not my go to coffee. The dark roast coffee was decent but the pastries were a bit too dry for this guy. I've always thought Starbucks was a bit overrated, but that's just my opinion that you don’t care about. And I’m alright with that. I do enjoy the cold drinks that they offer when it’s the summer months. Regardless of my thoughts on Starbucks being overrated. The staff and service has always been top-notch. Keep up...
