I went there today around 1:45 pm and ordered two masala veggie burgers. The guy handed me the order in like a minute, and I was like, how is it ready so fast? Veggie patties usually take at least 5 minutes to cook. I asked him, is it fresh? He said yeah. But when I started eating, the burger was literally cold. Not even warm. So I walked back and told him, bro this is cold. He kept saying it’s fresh. I told him, just touch it and see for yourself. Then I politely asked, can you please cook a fresh one? I am a frequent costumer at A&W, Airport Road, Timmins, ON. Although the service is always excellent and the food is always delicious, today I had outstanding service. While at the drive thru speaker, my car died. Almost immediately Joban, madhvi, came outside to assist me. With their help and the help of a costumer behind me, we managed to boost my vehicle and I successfully made my way home!
