I just came from the super 8 and ordered lunch at 400 Algonquin. From Tim hortons, I came back to my room to have my soup with along with my bun. I have bitten into the button and it's so hard it broke my denture. It has chipped the denture plate on on top of my tooth. I called the store and spoke to GURP. R. E!T. Apparently she is the manager. She will not give me the head office phone number and told me that they make the button fresh daily. I am a 60 year old woman. She is a signuating that. I have lied to her if I could show you a video. Of the bun I would love to It is so hard like a rock so still. I have no head office phone number that I need to make a complaint. She didn't even want to give me the address of the store. I am not from this area but I know the store I went to that I ordered. I am on camera on the drive through at 1115 on Wednesday today. So there is recollection of my buying the food I truthfully don't understand how these people operate a business anymore. Whether it be inconsiderate, she told me that she doesn't have head office phone number and she's a human being. She forgets she can't remember I requested if she go to look for It. She told me she doesn't know where it is. For someone that runs ahead store. How do you not have head office phone number? All I know is I paid 17 almost $18 for a bun that you can't even eat and...
Read morePossibly the worst Tim hortons in Ontario... My wife walked in on Friday and ordered a sausage farmer's wrap combo with a double double to drink. They gave her the wrap and she asked "excuse me doesnt it come with a hashbrown" and the cashier rudely replied only if you ask for it. Which my wife replied well I ordered the combo and the cashier next to her said "Well even if she doesnt ask, you should still offer it." Then her cashier rudely replied again no she needs to ask for it and she didnt... So my wife left with her wrap and coffee and no hash brown then realized she was charged for the combo and the wrap that was ordered as a sausage farmer's wrap ended up being just egg and cheese... So overcharged rude service with an incorrect order... Awesome! Then this morning Saturday the very next day... I went in to order breakfast for the family through drive through. I ordered two combos with some special instructions that were clearly communicated as I watched them punched in on the screen. I get home only to find again none of the special instructions we're followed. So again over charged... These are not the only instances we have experienced in fact its happened so much we almost expect it... So from now on I'll be avoiding this Tim Hortons... And I ecourage you to choose a different location if your going to order anything other...

The coffee is a true masterpiece - it's rich, bold, and brewed to perfection every single time. Pair that with their mouthwatering donuts, and you've got the perfect morning pick-me-up. The menu caters to a wide range of tastes, offering everything from hearty breakfast sandwiches to satisfying soups and sandwiches for lunch.
What truly sets Tim Hortons apart, though, is the warm and friendly atmosphere. Whether you're visiting a busy city location or a cozy neighborhood spot, the staff is always welcoming and efficient. They make you feel like family, and that sense of community is something truly special.
I also appreciate Tim Hortons' commitment to sustainability and their efforts to reduce waste. It's clear they care about the environment as much as they care about their customers.
In short, Tim Hortons is more than just a coffee shop; it's a Canadian institution that embodies comfort, quality, and community. I can't imagine my life without it, and I'm proud to support this fantastic brand. Kudos to Tim Hortons for consistently delivering five-star...
