Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Timmins

I recently visited this location and had a very disappointing experience. Initially, I ordered an egg and cheese wrap through the drive-thru, but right away I changed my order to the scrambled egg loaded box. The staff told me the wrap had already been made—within just 5–7 seconds—which made me wonder if they were trying to give me someone else’s food.

Instead of accommodating my updated order, they kept insisting I take the wrap. When I got to the payment window, a staff member named Arsh was openly rude and she told the window employee to make me wait 10 minutes. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes outside, and in the end, I had to go inside to pick up my food myself.

If food can supposedly be made in seconds, there is no reason a customer should have to wait so long, especially after such unprofessional treatment. This experience was very frustrating and...

No wonder nobody was eating there at lunch. Poor service, poor quality, and really bad attitude. I could tell she made my iced latte wrong because she didn't mix the base with the espresso to begin with and I could see how much milk she used, so I kindly asked her to add more coffee to fix it, then she went on to explain how she made it and told me it was fine so I gave up asking again. My potato wedges were undercooked, and my sandwich had the two ends of the tomato on it, along with 2 tiny strips of cheese. My coworker went there the other day and ordered a pumpkin iced cap and they also made it wrong, she said it tasted disgusting. Never going back to this tim...

Now tell me. When ordering a steep tea, triple triple with milk. I end up with no sugar whatsoever. Even after the lady who took my order in drive thru repeated exactly what I asked for? Then as i pull up to the window and my google pay didnt verify me( that's my fault) the drive thru man rudely said it didn't go through even though I noticed it and quickly got it sorted. Not only are people at this time Horton's lazy for not making things correct, they also arent very friendly. I'm gonna just continue to avoid this location due to all the experiences I've had here...
