Its a review from Uber Delivery driver. Humble request to your restaurant staff don't lie to your customer & to Uber customer support for petty matters.
Your staff forgot to hand over the complete order to me (delivery driver) and later on calling to me, customer & Uber support team accusing that I left the order as I forgot to pick up the second bag, that's a big lie. Restaurant staff also lied to customer and & Uber support team about taking pictures of two bags, they never presented the picture (please post the picture below if your staff ever took the picture). Please be advised AS A UBER DRIVER I DONT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO PICK UP FOOD BAG ON MY OWN, RESTAURANT STAFF HANDED OVER THE FOOD BAG TO ME (as it was kept behind the counter). Restaurant staff forgot to handover the second bag to me, so its not my fault. Your staff lies left me with a hostile customer who was thinking I left the second back intentionally (forget about rating & threat from Uber).
Your staff cannot expect me to come back when I was about to reach my destination. Outside weather was -11 C (-18 C feels like), I AM GETTING PAID $3 FOR WORKING ALMOST 26 mins, SPENDING FUEL FOR 5KM (BELOW SCREENSHOT FOR YOUR VERIFICATION).

I am not sure which system you are referring to for review, may be internal camera?
May be you noted on the receipt that there are 2 bags (I am not sure, so giving you benefit of doubt) ok Understood, driver showed the order number for pickup Understood this point also "server use verbal to confirmed the order and wrote '2 bags' on the receipt." Did you review your camera/system ? Driver picked up order or it was handed over to driver ? Its a small place behind counter from where server hands the order to driver (DRIVER DOES NOT GO BEHIND THE COUNTER TO PICK UP ORDER). You can add the picture to prove me wrong/driver. Why did your server waited 1-2 mins (meaning why server waited for driver to leave without 2nd bag?) before calling, why dint server then and there stopped the driver and asked to take the second bag? At that moment of time server was just attending the driver and making sure he is handed correct order. OR THIS MIGHT HAVE Happened WHEN THE DRIVER LEFT, SERVER REALIZED THAT SHE FORGOT TO HAND OVER THE SECOND BAG AND AS SOON AS SHE REALIZED HER MISTAKE SHE CALLED THE DRIVER TO BLAME HIM FOR LEAVING SECOND BAG.
YOUR SERVER MADE A COMMENT TO CUSTOMER THAT SHE HAD THE PICTURE OF TWO BAGS, WHICH I MENTIOEND EARLIER ALSO BUT STILL NOW YOU HAVE NOT POSTED THE PICTURE OF THOSE TWO BAGS?
DID YOU SEE THE AMOUNT DRIVER IS GETTING PAID TO DELIVER? AND YOU WANT DRIVER TO COMBACK WHEN THE DRIVER IS NEAR DESTINATION TO FIX THE MISTAKE MADE BY YOUR STAFF? ON TOP OF THAT YOUR STAFF CALLED CUSTOMER AND FEED THEM WITH WRONG INFORMATION, ALSO FEED SAME WRONMG INFORMATION TO UBER SUPPORT TEAM ALSO?

The restaurant appeared small from the outside, but it was bustling with customers once we stepped inside. Despite its compact size, the restaurant had a unique design that intrigued us.
Once seated, we perused the menu, which offered a wide variety of options. Some of us opted for the Bolan Pad Thai, with one serving including egg and the other without. One of my friends, who tends to be picky about food, thoroughly enjoyed their dish, while another mentioned that the addition of egg made it a bit dry.
I decided to try the Pineapple Fried Rice, which exceeded my expectations. Despite expecting it to be greasy, I was pleasantly surprised by how well-balanced and flavorful it was. Although I couldn't quite pinpoint the exact flavors, the dish was delicious.
On the beverage front, I ordered the Mango Tango smoothie, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. At $7, it was mediocre and slightly overpriced.

Were ordered our regulars, and were happy to see two of the dishes on their Signature menu. We ordered mango salad, pad thai, beef panang and coconut rice.
The mango salad was good, well seasoned and the mangos were a perfect ripeness. Coconut rice tasted just like the plain jasmine rice that accompanied the curry, no sign of coconut flavour at all. The pad thai was made with VERY thin rice noodles, which I've never seen used in a pad thai. The noodles were overcooked and mushy. As mentioned by another reviewer, the dish was an unappetizing monotone of grey-ish white; the chicken looked boiled. Taste was ok, nothing special. The beef panang was very odd and unappetizing. Deep fried (!?), overcooked, chewy, oversalted and sitting in a sauce the consistency of Greek yogurt.
Honestly one of the worst meals I've had in a very long time! We love Thai food and have ordered from numerous restaurants in the city. I can say, without hesitation, that this is the worst...
