Where do I start....well, let's start from the beginning. My wife wanted Greek and I just went along (just like the majority of married couples do). It was a 2 for 1 and the first time ordering here. Food arrives via Uber Eats and when the delivery guys takes the white plastic bag out of the insulated bag. Not only do I see the plastic bag bulging on all sides, I can also see the delivery guy struggling taking out the plastic bag due to its weight. I obviously helped him by grabbing the knot on the top of the bag and placing my other hand on the bottom of the bag in order to support the weight. That's when I felt it. My hand got instantly soaked with oil. Brought the bag to the kitchen counter and proceeded to open it. Not only was it too full, but I literally had to wipe off every single container before serving them. A little off putting since the whole point of ordering is to NOT having to cook or clean. We ordered a total of 4 meals (2 x 2 since it was 2 for 1) and we kinda ate part of the 2 first meals but threw out the majority of it because it just wasn't THAT good. I originally wanted to give 1 star, but decided to give it 2 because my dog enjoyed part of what I was throwing out. I do not intend on ordering from there again. My experience would have been much more enjoyable had they separated my order in 2 bags. Maybe then there wouldn't have been a leakage of oil on everything, or at the very least, put the little containers of oil in a seperate bag. Oh....and the little tzaziki containers, the fact that they were thrown into the pita bag, on top of the pitas, not appetizing. They should have been put in a separate bag and NOT added on top...
Read moreOur recent takeout experience from Tzatziki left my boyfriend and me with taste buds tingling and cravings fully satisfied.
Opting for the chicken souvlaki, we eagerly awaited our order's arrival, and it did not disappoint. Each dish consisted of tender chicken, flavorful rice, perfectly cooked potatoes, accompanied by a side of crisp salad and warm pita bread. The inclusion of both tzatziki and olive oil elevated the meal to new heights, adding layers of richness and tanginess that complemented the savoury components perfectly.
It's clear that Tzatziki takes pride in delivering a true taste of cuisine, and they certainly succeeded in capturing our hearts (and stomachs) with their delicious offerings.
In conclusion, Tzatziki delivers an authentic Greek dining experience that is sure to leave you craving more. It's a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars from us, and we'll definitely be back to indulge in their delicious...
Read moreI placed a catering order with John (the owner) The order was for 11 people and was supposed to be delivered on Saturday at 630, but the order did not show up until 650, what was more disappointing is that knowing that the delivery time was not going to be met, no one on the restaurant reached out to contact me which left me waiting in the lobby of my condo, leaving my guests, for 20 minutes, not cool.
For the most part, the food was OK, a generous amount of chicken, pita, and tzatziki, although the fries were soggy probably from being 20 minutes late. Unfortunately due to the customer service, the bad taste was already left in my mouth (pardon the pun) I also reached out to John and expressed my dissatisfaction, but heard nothing in return.
BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS IF YOU PLAN ON USING TZATZIKI MT PLEASENT...
