Burger King — Restaurant in Toronto

Absolutely disgusted with this place...went there just after 11 to be told I had to place the mobile order then come through the drive thru.....oddly enough the customer before us was able to add the mobile order at the window....then we go back around after placing 2 orders, and I told them at the window I have 2 orders and named them, 24/25. When I was passed the bags I asked if everything was in there and she said yes.....she also lied because I then had to make another trip through the drive through for the other order she ignorantly left only for it to be made completely wrong...pull the order from the system from Friday night mobile order 25 and see the modifications selected, which was not adhered too...the food was horrible and I couldn't even eat my burger because staff can't follow directions....I'd love my money back for this incredibly disappointing encounter.....this store used to be so well run as well...standards have severely dropped and clearly staff is trying to steal from customers if they can't listen to them properly when they are telling you 2 orders and you literally only give them one after being asked...

Modification should have been no ketchup no onion and no Mayo with extra pickles There isn't even any...

Considering this is the only BK for miles, I've had to come here when I was craving poutine or onion rings, but I'll admit to being a bit disappointed quite a few times. This location doesn't have much business, and often, majority of tables here are empty no matter what time you come. This means the fries and onion rings are usually sitting for quite sometime unless they throw in a new batch for you. I also find the floors are always sticky, referring to the dining area and the washroom. You can feel the stickiness with every step. I've noticed this at a handful of other places, so I'm always curious what the cause is, perhaps dirty mop water, or never giving it a thorough cleaning. Sometimes the tables are also messy and sticky, which is weird when you consider how little business they get. In general, the staff is nice, and food is good if its warm. I will still come here in the future when I have my BK cravings, but if you want fresher food in a cleaner environment, I would suggest...

RIP Birger King! It used to be great back in the days but not anymore. The fact that they have shrunk the size of the burgers over the past two decades is proof of a declining business. Today I got me a cheeseburger, whopper Jr. and some fries. The cheeseburger was nuked out of recognition and everything was melting and nasty. The size of the patty was half of that of Mcdonald's cheeseburger. While the Whopper had normal temperature both burgers had beef patties that were very extremely dry and very very old. I know Burger King never had good fries but they shouldn't taste bitter due to greed on changing oil. This is currently the worst fast food in Toronto and I wish I could give it -10. Would not recommend it ever. The good ol Whopper is...
