Caribbean Heat 3 — Restaurant in Toronto

I literally just got off of the phone with the lady (asian) after attempting to place an order. This is the Weston rd and Finch location by the way. I know shes Asian because I've had issues with her in the past and I know her voice. In any event, I simply asked her how much i had to spend to get a free box of wings. She proceeded to tell me $35 in cash. I begin to place my order for pick up and mid way through my sentence, she rudely interrupts me and says "how long are you going to be to get here?" I'm guessing they were closing soon and she was annoyed at the idea of having to wait for me. I immediately canceled my order after letting her know that I didn't appreciate her tone. I'm am giving them business and she is copping an attitude? No. She proceeded to hang the phone up in my ears. This lady is bad for business. Shes fairly young too, so I dont understand why her attitude towards people is so irritable. The food is otherwise pretty good, but I will never give this location my business again. I used to be a regular and I stopped going for a while because of her over a separate incident. If service matters to you...I high recommend you NOT to step foot in the Weston rd and Finch...

I called in early to place a order for 4. The lady answering the phone (presumably the lady who works the front) answered and gave me bad attitude. I wasn’t sure of what type of meat (chicken, wings) I should put on top of our rice and the lady didn’t even help me or say what were the options. She just gave me 2 options which were pan-fried or cooked. She didn’t even tell me what was going to be the total. I decided to call back again because I had chosen what type of chicken I should put on-top. I told the lady I wanted BBQ Chicken. She then told me the bill and hanged up in the middle of me talking. She didn’t even tell me what the wait time was. Completely do not recommend the lady at the front, but the food is somewhat pleasurable and enjoyable (good in quantity amounts too). I normally enjoy eating at Caribbean eat but something about food as change I don't know if it's a new person take over or not but I ordered the spicy shrimp and I'm still looking for the Spice in that shrimp until this moment and can't find it they just fried shrimp and just cut up the paper and throwing it and the waitress or she sucks she didn't know what she's doing we tried to ask her a question and she didn't know the answer to it we order the stuff don't know what it is and instead she tell us what it is and how it is and stuff like that she just went ahead and ordered and when it comes and it didn't look good she says oh I forgot to tell you, they need very good help the waitresses that they're hiring it sucks again as I said but for the one star was because of the waitress and the shrimp wasn't hot full of...
