TL;DR Parking nightmare. Competitive pricing. Authentic flavour. Small location. Check order accuracy.
Location: The plaza that holds this restaurant is a local gem but if you don't know about it, it could be easy to overlook. Parking will be your first issue, as the front parking lot and back parking lot are usually packed. You will see people parking on the street right in front of the plaza as well. The restaurant is located in the front of the building on the left side so it's easy to access. There is about 5 small tables you can use for dinning but it's a pretty small area. As for the design, it's nothing special but it doesn't look rundown either.
Service: They were kind and willing to make some customization of the food on the menu. They accepted cash, credit and debit, including tap. The distribution of the food is a MESS. It was very disorganized despite it being such a small location. You need to keep reminding them what you ordered. I recommend for them to write down a number on the yellow sticky that the cashier passes the cook and then give the customer the same number so they can link up when the order is complete, kind of like Chic fila. It's a pretty popular place so it seemed common for them to mix up orders.
Food: We purchased "Al pastor tacos" (3x $15+tax) & "Cochinita tacos" (3x $15+tax). The al pastor tasted authentic with that middle eastern flavour. The taco was well packed with mostly meat (7.2/10) and then we grabbed some more add ons at the cart to the side, including limes.
We were disappointed when we found that the cochinita were ordered, was actually carinitas I think. We didn't realize till we got home, but we specifically asked them if they could make cochinita tacos since it was not on the menu, and she told us she could. The carnitas was pretty salty and overall nothing special (5/10).
Ultimately, I would go back to try another dish and maybe 1 or 2 more al...

I got to try the Bistec taco, and it was lovely -- the corn tortilla was very soft and tasty, it complimented the beef very well.
I ate their Gorditas as well. The tortilla (I think they use flour tortillas for these) had a good crunch to it, and they were filled to the brim (which I appreciate a lot). I tried the chorizo and pork in salsa verde (not exact names). I would get them again.
I topped my order off with their Jamaica drink. I would recommend this if you want an iced tea-like drink.
AND if you can eat in the store, I suggest you do so. The people are nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere is great.
Update:
Came back recently (Sep 2024), and I must recommend their carnitas taco. I'm not an expert, but their carnitas are the best I've had so far.
You won't go wrong with any of their tacos (and their gorditas of course). And it's quite filling since they fill their tacos up to the brim. And they've added a tamarind drink to their menu! It was lovely.
I had a...

This is truly a gem! This spot is a hole in a wall at its finest!
I dropped by to try some of their gorditas and tacos on a whim and now i’m obsessed. The gorditas were sooooo tasty! I highly recommend everyone to try them. The meat was so flavourful and tender!
The tacos were delicious but the star of the plate was definitely the gorditas!
Keep in mind that there aren’t too many seats in the shop and it’s definitely more of a grab and go style.
The girl at the counter helped me make my order because I didn’t quite know what to get. She was super helpful and I went with everything she recommended!
I tried the Caja Grande combo which was 2 gorditas and 3 tacos. This was perfect because i was able to give everything a try. There was a lot of food and everything...
