Loved it. I sat there for about four hours and worked. The barista lady was extremely nice and made me feel welcome. She drew a heart on my second cappuccino. The pastries were freshly made and delicious. They have free wifi. I don't think they have an AC so it was a bit hot, but not that bad. Overall, I would go there a lot if I lived close by.

A warm and cozy cafe in the local neighbourhood. Came here for my Saturday morning coffee and got a lovely window seat to enjoy a pastry. The croissant and scone were delicious, and the coffee was fresh. A comfortable and spacious environment to gather, read, and enjoy food. I hope to be back regularly for another weekend treat.

Cross contamination beware! I witnessed the owner (the only staff working there ) break open eggs then wipe his hands on his pants. Walk over to register to cash out previous customers. (Cash only establiment) then proceed to handle the produce and bread fir the breakfast sandwich I ordered without washing his hands once. Then before he completed making my sandwich cashed about yet another customer with same dirty hands before returning to finish my sandwich with same dirty hands. I told him what I just witnessed in front of other customers and he just looked at me like I was the devil. I told him I'm disgusted and will not be eating that contaminated sandwich and left. . I will now be calling Toronto public health. He's going to make people very sick . What's really disappointing is he's the owner. This isn't some part time staff teenager. Super friendly staff! My boyfriend and I came across this place while driving by on Old Kingston road. We decided to check it out since there are few unique cafe places in Scarborough. We went in the morning time and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The sandwiches were so fresh and delicious, the person serving me (I believe was the owner) mentioned they bake the Brioche buns fresh - they were absolutely delicious and the coffee and tea was really good too! The store has a cute touch and the pastries although we didn't try looked amazing too. A cute little place and will definitely be going back! Heads up, bring cash with you as they do not take plastic (at least not right now). HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking...
