KFC Express — Restaurant in Toronto

Food is fine but the hours are all over the place + slow service. I was standing in a two person queue at 9:35 and the employee let me stand there for 10 minutes before telling me the store is closed (the store closes at 11) and that I couldn’t be served. All while preparing the order of the guys in front of me with nobody else there. Do “hours of service” mean what I think they mean? They aren’t “hours between which you must close the store”, you’re literally supposed to stay open until the hours of service and then...

This place does not have fried chicken on the bone from what I saw - they only have fill up boxes, sandwiches, and boneless chicken combos. The cashier was very friendly, and took my order very fast. I did wait about five minutes for the food (which is fine, since I thought they prepared it fresh), however, the fries were very soggy. I wasn't too bothered, but this may be important to some people!
