KFC — Restaurant in Toronto

Upon arrival I literally waited 3-4 minutes for someone to come out from the back and serve me. And the gentleman only came down after I called for them from the back. So it's obvious that they weren't monitoring the front.

After he did serve me it took them more than 14 minutes to prepare my order. I ordered a four-piece box meal. There was literally two customers in the store. A family of three who were served ahead of me and then myself. As I walked in the store they had just received their food and were sitting down.

He managed to get my order correct as I had asked for dark only. But the fries were definitely not fresh. They were already starting to wither and had no heat in them whatsoever. I didn't bother to go back and ask for a fresh set because at the time that I picked up the food at the counter I asked for a ketchup and the gentleman literally said that they didn't have any ketchup. I asked him again just to confirm that he didn't have any ketchup packets and he said yes, they did not have any more and that they ran out. Wow.

To the eye the restaurant looked very clean. But when you walk across the floor you could tell it probably wasn't cleaned properly because it was very slippery. Almost as if there was a slight layer of grease or oil in the mop when they were cleaning the floors. It wasn't like this near the front counter but it was like this near the seating area on the east side of the store. If you weren't careful, you may fall.

Overall it was definitely not a great visit. Not sure I would visit this location again. This was my second visit to this particular store. Last time, my order...

AVOID TGIS PLACE!

I was very dissatisfied with this particular KFC experience, because I was waiting for the cashier to come and get my order for 10 minutes, when he came out and I started to telling him what I wanted to order with all kinds of respect, he was on his phone(wearing android earbuds, definitely not the earbuds for getting drive through orders) and he was talking to his buddy or someone than he looked at me, totally ignored me and went back on the kitchen. That really pissed me off, I tried to go and order by using the machine they have at the entrance and found out that there is no option to order a spicy tenders or twister I wanted. I went back, tried to wait for cashier for another 5-10 minutes, he never came out during that time, so I went back to the machine and ordered mild food instead of spicy like I wanted at the beginning. After that I was waiting additional 18 minutes to get my order. This is totally unacceptable behaviour of the stuff members who work here, I’m paying restaurants price for food here in KFC and I get to be treated like that? That just totally unacceptable , and I definitely want management to take actions about this stuff you have working here and act like that with...

All i can say..is this is far by..the best kfc location in toronto..and probably in the entire ontario..actualy i like kfc ever since i was still in the philippines..but the moment i came here in canada..i notice most of the kfc here..does not taste the same..for 4 years i havent eaten in kfc because i was disgusted.most chicken are saggy and old..but i came across in this location..and the chicken is so crispy and fresh..so i keep coming back to see if its consistently the same quality..but every time i come here it is the same..so i ask the person who works here..and he told me..that they only cook when they have order..thats why u always have to wait 15-20minutes for your food..because they cook it fresh everytym..and its actualy there policy in this location..so i am realy satisfied..and this is my favorite location for now...if ur rushing.dont come here because they are gonna cook your food only after you order..but if your looking for that taste that u can enjoy..this Is the place i aint even joking..its worth the...
