Good luck to anyone doing an event at this place. The owner Tiffanie is not understanding and is very harsh. I was doing an event for my birthday and planning this event out with her assistants was a very mortifying experience. She decided to give me a hard time and talk down to me when my event was a month away. When I tried to clarify certain things for my event she told me only a person that didn’t speak English would be this slow to not understand things that were in the contract and invoice. My mental health was affected to the point that I decided to cancel the event even though she had $500 of my money from a previous event that was suppose to happen in March of 2020, but got cancelled because the world was hit with a pandemic. She did not want to honour what was originally planned. When I asked for her to bare with me or negotiate, I got a run around, excuses and she always changed the subject to her business wouldn’t be making money off of my birthday event. This is a private event and if I am paying a business to do an event there shouldn’t have to be any difficulties or randomly made up policies or rules. This business is very unprofessional, misleading and everything an individual trying to plan out event wouldn’t want. Read moreUnfortunately, this establishment doesn’t live up to Restaurant standards! I attended an event called “Sundae Social” Waiting to be greeted at the table for 30 minutes is unacceptable, no matter how busy/or short-staffed a restaurant is..although it wasn’t any of the two above!
Our dining experience was dampened by the behavior of our server. Whom had no knowledge of anything on the menu. I ordered a cocktail in hopes of having it with my meal, but the server acted like it was her last priority. The cocktail was overly sweet, When I simply opted for a beer instead I received attitude.

Read moreI recently visited Class Resto Lounge with a friend for Sundae Social, and I must say, I was quite embarrassed by the experience. Unfortunately, the staff were not friendly, which made us feel unwelcome. Additionally, the bartenders seemed to struggle with even the simplest cocktails, which was really disappointing.
