UNPROFESSIONAL! First of all the expensive rates on their meals are horrible. But imagine not getting what you pay for. We ordered a soup with shrimp and we only had 2 of it! We kindly told the server and the she told us that we could've complained earlier but it seem that we ate our way through the soup to even complain. We waited to get her attention and she acted like we were bothering her. We did not enjoy our meal at all. Really disappointed in my Uber eats order. Spent $80 on food that was basic. Rice was overcooked and mush. Churrasco was the thinnest lowest quality meat I have tasted and was so overcooked that it cracked. Fries were soggy due to the food piled on top. Bbq chicken consisted of just one dry chicken breast with absolutely no Bbq flavour at all. Lids on the containers didn’t fit, salad had no dressing. Meat in the lomito came in one big clump.
