Awful service. Even one star is too generous for them!!! Better find another place spending money and enjoying nice customer service.
We've been customers for 5 years and decided to opt for delivery for the second time. It's mentioned on their website that orders over $30 are delivered for free( my order is over 100$). However, for some unexplained reason, they demanded a delivery fee for my order. While I was explaining that I live precisely at the intersection indicated on their map for free delivery, my call was abruptly dropped and my number BLOCKED! I couldn't reach them anymore. Can you imagine?!!! Such is the value Miyako Sushi places on its loyal customers! Terrible service.
Having called from another phone, they promised delivery AFTER 4 -7 hours! Even after I agreed to this, they stated that they wouldn't be delivering at all today and refused to provide service. This was after they had offered paid delivery just 5 minutes earlier!

Read moreIf you have dietary restrictions or care about customer service beware! I went to this restaurant today and received horrendous service. I informed the staff that I cannot eat fried food and asked if they could substitute an item in a dish for me. Initially they said yes; however, the manager then walked over and said no. I told him that I don't understand why he can't accommodate me and he mentioned that I should just order something from the dinner menu..Mind you it was lunch time and the prices were completely different. I just can't imagine a restaurant not trying to make an effort to accommodate a customer especially when food restrictions or allergies...

You won’t get it like that anywhere else that you dine. It’s perfectly seasoned and doesn’t fall apart like rolls you get elsewhere. The cucumber is perfectly cut and you aren’t chomping into thick slices of cucumber in your roll. The only thing I would prefer is if the sashimi was cut a bit thinner (but that’s a personal preference). We love Miyako and always swear by it. Our staple roll is the dynamite roll. It’s definitely a mouthful, but it is...
