The lychee green tea tasted like pool water, and the popping boba is shriveled and doesnt pop, there was also a strange substrate mixed in with my popping boba that was like flavourless sludge (recipt for proof)

Note to add: They did replace it for lemon green tea (no toppings) for free (my second choice) but that still tasted like pool water.

Probably low quailty and overbrewed green tea.

Staff was defensive.

Second party also said it smelled...

Terrible quality and overpriced. Compared to other bubble tea places what they offer are total ripoffs. Original teas are... "original" and not a bit sweetened, and fruit tea? Very sweet... If you must have bubble teas in the zoo you have no...

I got the Mango smoothie, does not taste anything like a mango, I asked that they substitute it for a strawberry, they did at no extra charge which was fair, but that tasted worse. You should not advertise a smoothie for $10, when it is not. It...
