The zoo mobile is the worst thing at the zoo. You pay for a service that the zoo cannot provide. Customers end up waiting more than one hour to get onboard a zoo mobile. Zoo employees tell you that there's nothing they can do about it, and they continue to sell zoo mobile tickets. What does the management do...

Didnt experience the whole ride...hopped on at the African Savanah. The commentator was great...made fun jokes. If you haven't been to the zoo in a while, the route is different, the animals are also a bit different. It's not the same zoo from 10 years ago....Next time we will take...
