Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Toronto

Seriously? Is this an Italian pizza? This is the second time I feel absolutely dissatisfied and not being heard by the cashier and the staff who takes orders! I ordered half cheese & spinach and half chicken-spinach and black olive. I unboxed and saw very unappealing looking pizza with the ingredients awkwardly scattered on the other other plain cheese & spinach half. My son doesn't like chicken and olive, so I had to pick up the unwanted ingredients from his half. Moreover, I have noticed in my both visits that the person who takes orders and his other friend care more for the customers they know; because both times when I asked them what pizzas they have, they repeated: Choose your toppings! The food was ok, decent when it comes to fast food pizza joints but the problem here is the customer service. The front lines (cashier) to be specific.

It was 11:45am March 4, 2023. Blonde lady about 5'10 in height. For someone that's in front, you NEED TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS NICE AT LEAST! This person was rude! The whole time I was ordering she was just looking down to her phone. And when I asked her how much is each toppings for the Panzerotti? Is the such and such? She then looks back and says, "that's what it says" Where the hell did Pizza Nova pick up this bum? Clueless when it comes to customer service, clueless when it comes to work ethic, she's absolutely terrible!!!! Not once she looked at me, no eye contact. Nothing. Not just me, but others too!

It is the first time I ordered from Pizza Nova.My daughter in law likes it so as she was coming over, I thought I'd try it. I ordered the party size with 1/2 green peppers, the other, tomatoes. Any extra topping would be $3.20, which I thought was expensive.I didn't say thin crust or ask for whole grain. It was supposed to take max 45 minutes but took an hour.And the restaurant was 20 minutes from me. The pizza was a huge disappointment. It was cold, doughy & tasteless.The tomatoes were squished & the back of my pieces were burnt. I don't eat pizza all that often but this was very expensive,$26.88 with tax & delivery charge of $3. I ate a few pieces but it was so unappetizing I couldn't finish. I will never order from Pizza Nova again but stick with supermarket pizza or...
