Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

The store inside this gas station is poorly managed. There's no proper sign indicating where the line starts, causing confusion and frustration among customers. This results in customers harassing the Esso employees, who are not being paid enough to deal with the chaos. The Tim Hortons staff are unhelpful and fail to direct customers properly.

Additionally, there are no clear open or close signs for the store, leaving customers repeatedly asking the Esso employees for information. This setup is unfair to the Esso staff and creates a stressful environment.

Tim Hortons needs to address these issues...

I live close by and end up relying on this one before I go on the highway.. and every time I regret it.

Today I ordered a farmers wrap with no packaging, no hash brown, and significantly smaller than any other time I’ve ever got one ever.

They simply don’t care because it’s a gas station and you’re likely on your way somewhere too busy to come back and give them a hard time.

It's a Tim Hortons in a gas station. That said it doesn't have some items like espresso but staff are friendly. I would strongly suggest ordering through the mobile app to pick up as the line can be a pain and often in the morning extends to the door. Sit in your car, order on the app then pump your gas (if you are there for gas) and go in and pick up your order.
