3 stars because of pani puri and dabeli. Tried khaman, vadapav, dabeli and pani puri. Pani puri was tasty with regular stuffing (aloo chana) however not a fan of their ragda masala stuffing. Puris were tasteful but expensive! I would rather use $15 for getting an entire dish from some other restaurant instead of few puris. Dabeli was tasty. The buns used were spot on! Absolutely delicious! If I had to rate based on these 2 food items I would give 4/5. *UPDATED 5/5 for Dabeli and pani puri* Khaman were not at all like khaman. It was like dhokla, not fluffy enough nor spongy. Chutney of khaman was like india but it was too watery!!!!! Taste was good but I don’t plan on drinking it so they need to improve the consistency. Vadapav was ok.

This place is a must-visit! The aate ke golgappe took me straight back to India—the crispiness, the flavor, and the chilled flavored waters were just perfect. Their special paani was incredibly refreshing, adding the right balance of spice and tang. After indulging in the golgappe, I ordered a vada pav, and it did not disappoint. It had an authentic Mumbai-style flavors. The fried chili served alongside was a great touch, enhancing the overall experience. A special mention to Piyush Bhai, who was an excellent server—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right.

Pani Puri may be good but the customer service is pathetic. I understand rush hour, but the staff does not even communicate. I waited there for 20 mins in front of the guy who was serving and he couldn’t even say, “ Sorry we are busy you have to wait . Give us a couple minutes “. And he just started serving without asking my preference whether I want to eat hot Pani puri or cold. It just requires two sentences to ask. Also, Hot Pani puri is called HOT for a REASON!!!!!! The filling was cold as hell and by the time I actually got hot filling, I was almost finished eating! When I order something hot, I believe it’s supposed to be PIPING HOT. The staff just keeps running back and forth without any clue and cannot manage the rush !! Forget about...

Your hard work is truly visible, especially in the crispy and fresh puris – absolutely fantastic! đŸ€©đŸ‘Œ The overall experience was enjoyable, and I appreciate the effort you’ve put into bringing authentic flavors.

Just a small suggestion – the spicy pani was a bit too thin and extremely spicy. đŸ”„ Making it slightly thicker with a balanced khatta (tangy) taste and medium spice level would make it even better. Also, the mashed potato filling felt too pasty. Adding some small chunks would improve the texture and give a more traditional feel. đŸ„”âœš
