What really sets this location apart is the cleanliness ā not just the front-of-house, but behind the counter too. Everything is spotless, well-organized, and clearly cared for. The professionalism and attention to detail here is unmatched.

When I reached the Drive Thru window one girl had coffee and one girl had debit machine in her hand. I said hey can I please collect my tims points and the girl who had the debit machine quickly scanned it. Now I was switching the app and opening up wallet to pay through Apple pay and I said hey give me a second I will pay with visa. The girl with debit machine almost in my face commented to the girl besides her in Hindi, that my hand is hurting from waiting for her to pay ? Like what? I know drive thru times are part of your assessment when it comes to fast food because I work at a drive thru location as well in service industry but like can you just chill for a second. Further I pay and then Iām putting on my seat belt because Iām short with a sedan car, she proceeds to make multiple comments āletās go guys, hurry up, how slow can people beā like give me a break. I havenāt even put my coffee in my cup holder which you didnāt provide me with a sleeve for, but give me a second to wear seat belt to drive safely. Please give your employees Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) training as what If It was a person differently abled or hard of hearing or have slow understanding time, these girls wouldāve definitely committed a crime by ignoring their accessibility needs.
