Would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order via Uber with a 30-minute delivery time. After waiting 40 minutes, I received a call from the restaurant saying one of the items wasn’t available. Why inform me so late instead of right away so I could choose a replacement? I told them to just cancel that one item and proceed with the rest, but the lady (who started her shift at 4 today) said they can’t do that. Why not? How is that the customer’s fault? This shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. On top of that, it’s now been over an hour and I’m still waiting for my order. With this kind of management and careless attitude toward customers, I don’t see how this restaurant can run successfully for long. Really, really disappointing experience. Please avoid this place.

“I ordered Sabudana Khichdi from Swad Pure Veg, and it was a huge disappointment. The dish was not cooked properly—they simply mixed sabudana and masalas without any effort. I ordered this meal while fasting, expecting something wholesome and satisfying, but it completely ruined my fast and spoiled my day. Extremely dissatisfied with the quality. I would not recommend tiffin service to anyone, extremely costly for one person, still I paid for it because the owner said that delivery costs more. Agreeable, but even after paying that much money, what I got was nothing but missing items from my tiffin repeatedly, no reply from them when you complaint about their mistake and they did not even have the courtesy to offer a discount at least after delivering wrong and incomplete tiffins.
