Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

I stopped here to get breakfast for me and my wife and i have to start by saying this location is not clean or well kept at all. I have made the same tim hortons order at hundreds of locations across canada and never have i run into this problem ever. I ordered 2 egg and cheese croissants with the croissants heated in the microwave and not the toaster, two hashbrown potatoes with extra ketchup packets and two medium double doubles. I waited 20 minutes for my order watching other people claim larger orders than mine, only to be met with the most pathetic excuse of what was given to me as “my order”. I was given 2 regular croissants that were hard as a rock from being put in the toaster and two black coffees… they didn’t even bother putting milk or sugar in the coffee nor the hashbrowns in the bag lol. When i showed the cashier my receipt and asked her what happened with my order she said “there must have been a mistake” and when i asked how long i would have to wait for this to be rectified, she told me “another 15-20 mins, and we don’t have any hashbrowns anymore” I brought the lady my receipt and returned my order entirely, i was absolute shocked at this treatment as i just watched this indian cashier give what i presume to be the rest of the hashbrowns to all the indians in line lmaoo then tell me they have no more after i had ordered before everyone 😭 this place is a joke and considering i am married someone who is indian was appalling to me, even she was disgusted. me and my wife will absolutely NEVER come back to this location and I highly recommend that you skip this location until it has been thouroughly cleaned...

I am getting more and more disappointed. Trethewey location and weston rd and Rogers rd are the worst. I paid extra for the cream cheese on bagels. They put a thin layer and sometimes just on sides. No receipt, no smile, no thank you. If i hand over 5 or 10 cents extra and wait fir my change back they don't bother and try and keep it. All the items i have ordered always had something missing. And always giving attitude even when asking for my receipt. Raising prices and giving less .. I pay via app it charges extra 10 cents on a med regular coffee. Automatically charge for your charity without letting people know. When I questioned it they told me after the update i had to turn it off. I never consented in the first place. People give to Tim Horton's charity. Via tim hortons purchases. You donate to your charity and get back a tax claim for donation using peoples money. I am paying for an item and service and i want it done and given properly. Even a lemon drink you guys load the ice and it tastes like water and i ask for more flavour they want to charge more. I ask for no ice they put ice or it tastes like water. Every location's coffee is different some better some like dishwater. I paid for these bagels i should have had the proper amount of cream cheese which i paid for. It costs 3 or four dollars for a tub in retail and you guys charge 1 dollar for a smear. You want us to support you then support the people that are keeping you in business. I would like someone to call or contact me...

where do i even start? i would’ve gave this place a 0 if i can!! ive been going to this tim’s for a long time now since its the nearest one to my home but ever since these disgusting people came it has been ruined!!! they have roaches!! they are disrespectful! one time i went to get an iced capp and there was an old lady in front of me trying to order, she was really old and the person that was supposed to take her order kept laughing at her bcuz of her accent and she kept running in the back to her friends laughing speaking their language, the lady left and didn’t even get to order. last time i found hair inside of my burger i cant believe i took a bite into that. Today i went to get something and this lady was changing the garbage with gloves and continued making someone else’s food with the same gloves she threw the garbage out with!! UNPROFESSIONAL! she also had the audacity to give me a straw that was just laying on the counter since i came and refused to change it for me! Also when people are waiting to place an order they willl have u standing all day when they are just in the back talking. They do NOT follow instructions . This isn’t even HALF of what they’ve done.. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DONT COME...
