Coronation Park — Attraction in Toronto

I had such a bad experience today - a lady sitting working on her computer on one of the benches & I went around looking for a place to put my mat & lay on, meanwhile her dog - who was left to roam came barking & attacking me & she couldn’t even control him!! I am scared of dogs & this woman was standing there watching me scream, but did nothing as if she was enjoying the show as he is at me!! I feel petrified, turned me to tears & I felt so unsafe!!

I usually trust people on being able to hold their pets but...

Playground is in complete bad shape. All the equipments have rust on it, and the swings are hanging by a thread. I contacted 311 and they gave me the park supervisor number and he did say he will send someone to look into it. But park is in the works of being replaced. Shame. Good place for water park play. Not for older people usually for kids. There is parking but nothing much to do in the winter when it is all frozen over. It's a summer time spot .
