I would give it 1 star but Jennifer in the morning is great.. for her alone I would give her 5 stars her service is amazing and always friendly. The thing is everyone else is not lt so amazing. This morning I went and Theema served me. When I drove up to the window no one was there and then she came out from the back woth gloves already on (for how long?) She touched my bagel put it in the toaster. Went to make my coffee touched the lids the cups wiped the counters (still with the same gloves) and then WENT TO FINISH MY BAGEL!! without changing her gloves. When I asked her to make me a new one because she touched everything she said she was alone. Meanwhile there were 2 other people behind her making themselves coffee and stocking up items. I used to work at a coffee shop literally ALONE and I would change my glove everytime I had to handle food. Remove the gloves when I'm done and do whatever I had to do. Theema even accepted my money with the same gloves from the beginning. Which makes you wonder when was the last time she actually changed those gloves before handling your food. But that was only 1 experience this morning. Whenever I happen to come to this location and Jennifer is not working the service is terrible. Read moreHorrible service. My business is located just in front of this Tim Hortons.I regularly visit the signet drive and Steeles location every day as it's opposite to my warehouse. Tim Hortons, and while I appreciate the convenience. I have been consistently disappointed with the service. Most of my and my staff orders have been incorrect, with items missing or not prepared as requested. For instance, on May 18, 2024 around 3.30pm, I ordered a double-double stip tea with 3 chai tea bags and received a tea with Sugar. I realised when I reach my warehouse. This has happened multiple times, which indicates a recurring issue.
Additionally, when I approached the staff to address these mistakes, I was met with unprofessional and argumentative behavior rather than a helpful attitude. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and needs improvement.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements better training for the staff and perhaps a double-check system to ensure orders are accurate. Improving these aspects will significantly enhance the...

The staff here are exceptional—professional, positive, and always upbeat. I had the pleasure of being served by Sonia, a lovely cashier who took my order with care, speed, and efficiency. At one point, I accidentally dropped one of my breakfast items and was prepared to get back in line to purchase a replacement. However, Sonia noticed right away and reassured me that it was no problem at all. She quickly had a fresh one made for me in record time—such incredible service!
