Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

This photo look normal with the long line up at this Tim Hortons location but they don't have napkin to give out!!! R U kidding me? A corporation that make millions of $$$ I could understand if I am not a customer and they don't want to give it to me. The store should hire someone who know how to manage their napkin supply. I am sure the store would never run of coffee supply otherwise the store would be closed. I always ask for the napkin because most of the time the coffee would leak out and burn my hand. The long lineup was due to poor management and they can not use the drive-thur as a excuse because THERE IS NO DRIVE-THRU at this location. I am going to the McDonald's outside the mall (I use the APP to bypass the lineup) their coffee is very comparable and it cost less with a free medium cup after 7 buys and I am not getting pay by McDonald's to type this.

Restaurant Brands International Inc. As an owner of Tim Hortons brand you guys better start taking your customers seriously.

I had a bad disappointing experience with the service I received at 1571 Sandhurst Circle location in Scarborough. Today, I visited the store and placed an order for $20 with this lady JEGA at the counter. As a loyal customer, I always request to scan my QR code to earn points, but unfortunately, this request was not fulfilled for the second time. My order comprised a Sausage and Egg Farmer's Wrap meal, a blueberry muffin, a small French Vanilla, a Sausage and Egg Croissant, and a Chocolate Croissant. Despite not complaining in the past, I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention now. The staff at this location should prioritize customer satisfaction and exhibit more politeness in their service. As someone who has been a long-time customer, I must say that I am deeply disappointed and feel let down by this...

In the morning around 10 am, I ordered medium coffee and a breakfast wrap. I came here by walking and it was difficult for me to carry both things as both were hot. I asked for a tray and the guy handed me a tray. While I was leaving, one middle aged south Asian women who took my order, screamed at me and told me to stop. She snitched the tray from my hand and told me that she can not give me tray on one coffee and wrap. The way she talked wad very offensive, rude and racist. Everyone was staring at me because she screamed so loudly. Please do something about the way she talks. It is highly inappropriate and disrespectful. If you want to talk to someone at least have some manners and talk in professional way. It was not Mr who handed myself a tray in the first place. Train your guys first and don't scream...
