On my visit today to the Odette Cancer center, I stopped with my 95 year old mother who is suffering from jaw bone cancer. I purchased food and drink including a bottle of water for my mom. After we sat down I returned to the counter to ask for a cup for my mom so that she could take her medications - she cannot drink from the bottle and is suffering with pain and discomfort in her mouth. The counter clerk refused to give me a cup unless I paid her ten cents - yes, 10 cents on top of the over $20 I spent on food. She would not help us and simply refused without us paying the ten cents. Thankfully a kind gentleman behind me had a coin so that I would not need to attempt a tiny charge on my debit. Are they clueless, cruel, insensitive and rude or is it just me? I have rarely been so shocked and have never been so disappointed in the organization. How ironic is it that in a medical centre where people are suffering could you find such a disturbing thing at a Tim Hortons....
Read moreTHIS IS FOR TIM HORTON'S AT SUNNYBRROK HOSPITAL LOWER FLOOR NEAR RADIATION. Bun that comes with the chilli was cold. Not room temperature. Not cool. COLD!!! Asked the clerk to warm for me. She threw it in the garbage and toasted a new one. Rather than wasting food. Maybe come up with a way to prevent this. Perhaps, ask customers at time of sale whether they want the bun warmed or toasted. Also, provide a lot more customer service training, especially in being polite. A LOT MORE !!! I read some of the other reviews. It seems that the customer service have 1 or 2 buttons that they press to respond to these reviews and that's it. C'mon Tim Horton's management, do you think the Sunnybrook patients have time and energy to call in to your office and spend hours on the phone to get thru to a rep? There's a lot of information in the reviews. Just...
Read moreJust Went to the Tim hortons @1:28pm on 2619 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M4P 2J1. Ordered 2 large chicken noodle soups, and a roast beef sandwich. The man prepped my food and put one soup stacking on the other into the bag for me. When I got back to hospital to eat, the bottom soup had spilled all over my middle compartment of my car, the top soup damaged the bottom one, you can see the red marks around the lid which came from the soup sitting on top of it!!! What a disappointing experience and a waste of my money!! Who can you complain to so this doesn’t happen to anyone else? I’ve been eating here almost every day and order the same thing everytime. 2 soups. This is the first time they stacked my soup like this, just to save a paper bag???? I will probably have to detail my car now and hope soup never got through down Into my...
