We did an entire hockey team plus parents orders here and I was NOT impressed with the service we received. I phoned the manager days ahead of time as well as phoned and spoke with the workers the morning of the order. We had decided to make it easier on the store we would all put in individual orders through the app and ask for a certain time to be ready. We all wrote jersey #s in the instructions section. We were on a bus and had a couple people coming to pick up the entire order and I kept asking for all the subs to be labeled with the jersey numbers and in a box so we could take all of the on the bus. During my phone calls no one said I couldnât have a box when discussed but when we got there they were all in individual bags and they couldnât provide a box because those are for âplatters onlyâ. This was inconvenient for a couple people to carry a dozen families orders out to the bus. We also had an order online that couldnât find a salad with rotisserie chicken in the app so she put in for a sub and in the comments asked if it could be without the bun as a salad. I also talked to a worker on the phone about it and she never mentioned an issue with it. When we picked up it was made as a sub. When I asked about it if it could be a salad she said no because it would put her inventory off. But they didnât phone to mention that or say anything when I specifically I asked about it on the phone call earlier. So then we asked for a salad bowl and fork instead and she couldnât give that either because those bowls are too expensive. We just spent probably $700 on subs for a team but they couldnât give up a bowl. It was absolutely pitiful. What ever happened to customer service??!! Waited at the till for over 5min waiting to pay and when he finally did decide to do his job, he's rude and loud demanding to know what I got instead of asking nicely. Lines all the way to the door and that's the moment he chooses to go to the back of the line and get his own food? The employees made it feel like I was being a burden by placing an order even though they are supposed to be open till 9pm. My sandwich was made on a disgusting prep table that was covered in water and they didnât even wipe it down before making it. A piece of meat fell on the table and they just put it on my sandwich. Wasnât able to get all ingredients on my sandwich as they said they were not available and was not able to get it toasted.
