A&W Canada — Restaurant in Town of Barrhead

This is more of a personal view, than an opinion. It has always bothered me the way A&W advertises about not using hormone injected beef, and beef that have had no antibiotics. Consumers are very swayed by media, and especially such a long campaign. Instead of people believing that media is always correct, I think some research would be valuable. Farmers would never let their cattle suffer, and they are treated appropriately by vets just like you and I treat our cats or dogs when they are ill. No one should let an animal suffer, and this is a livelihood for our hardworking farmers. There is also strick protocols in place in Canada. Anyone selling an animal for food consumption must guarantee and sign for the FDA that the animal is free and clear of all antibiotics for a certain amount of time before slaughter. There are laws in place, and huge fines. I'm sorry I do not know the exact length of time, but I believe it is over 60 days. The FDA tests for this. In Canada ALL of the beef sold, is free and clear of antibiotics, therefore consumption of beef anywhere does NOT have...

So I hate writing bad reviews on people page but this is now the countless time i have been threw the drive threw at the barrhead location and have had the most worst service ever. I one waited behind a customer at the window for about 10 minute to pull up to the window to be told to drive around back as they are waiting for the sausage to be made. This is during breakfast time too. So I did and you found no parking so I waited on the road. When they finally came I noticed the hash browns we had ordered were not in there. So I had to walk into the restaurant to obtain my hash browns. The purpose of a drive threw is to not go in the restaurant. Also I am limited on my walking right now due to a accident I was in 2 month ago. When I go back to the car we drove away to find out there was no sausage on the same buns like.ordered and told to wait for to begin with. Now I understand that working in fast food can be difficult from time to time but really come on. If I could give a negative 0 I would. This is the worst service...

I Walked in the a&w and they seen our code but then told us we have to wear our mask . Then we walked out went through the drive through and the window girl tells us that they have to fellow want there management tells them . But then she tells us she isn’t vaccinated and there letting her work there. Now do any of you guys think that’s right I believe if your not vaccinated then please be nice to the ones that are or they shouldn’t hire the ones that are not vaccinated poor...
