Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Barrhead

I’m so upset right now. And I really don’t think I’m overreacting with this either… I placed an order online for delivery a simple personal sized pizza and mozzarella sticks.. when the order was delivered they made a mistake and sent fries. No big deal.. things happen we are human. So I called the store and let them know, the lady put my order in and said they would deliver the mozzarella sticks… about 25 minutes past and nothing. I call the store back and it’s the same lady, we go over the same thing then she says “give me a few minutes” and puts the phone down. Then a man picks up, asks if I know why I am on hold and explained to him the situation. He apologized and said that he would deliver them himself with 10ish minutes. I said okay thank you… another 30 minutes go by and nothing. (I am pregnant and I want my mozzarella sticks) so I call back and the original lady picks up the phone and I say the issue again and mention this is my third time calling and I have waited over an hour at this point. She proceeds to tell me they sent me fries because they are sold out of mozzarella sticks….. I was shocked.. I said to the lady I thought this was poor customer service as first all I should have been called and asked what I wanted to replace it and second when I called they should have informed me instead of telling me they would deliver. She proceeded to apologize and not even ask me if I want a replacement or a refund. (It is extra for mozzarella sticks) so I asked for a replacement. They did replace it with cheesy pull apart over an hour later, the delivery driver was super nice and understanding. But whoever is working over the phone is absolutely ridiculous I could not believe the poor customer...

We don’t order out often because we can afford to and we budget $20-25 dollars every 2 weeks to order food. We decided to order delivery as a treat for Christmas eve dinner. We can’t afford to tip and the delivery driver decided to threaten us and destroyed the food containers before leaving. Was a horrible Christmas Eve for us.

We will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut again and I’d advise other to...

Absolutely disjusting i am so sick of wasting my money here. Pizza didn't have the extra cheese i had paid for and onion rings where so undercooked they were white. One bite of the pizza and my stomach was upset. This town dont need your garbage food. If your going to spent money here check out savory bliss barrhead now thats a restaurant...
