KFC — Restaurant in Town of Stewiacke

Staff is rude and impatient. Always a really long drive thru line, typically waiting 20-30 mins from when we enter the line until we exit it. With that being said, one would think the food would be hot and fresh with orders being correct given the wait.

There is always something missing from our order. We are customers at least weekly and we've got to the point it's not worth the hassle to go back for missing item(s). For the amount of money our family spends at this location I thought the food would at least be enjoyable.

This is not my first time leaving a review but will definitely be the last. Management doesn't care and despite the long list of horrible reviews, it's clear they aren't doing anything to correct the issues.

Just wanted to post about my horrible service I had at this location. I was travelling and KFC is my go to place to eat. I wanted to order a deal that I got many times at other locations but was told online only. Ok that's great for some people who can do that. Then we decide to get something else instead. We got the big crunch combo and the so called famous chicken sandwich meal. Both were very hard and buns were dry and then fries were cold. We waited 30 minutes for these two meals and was treated like scum by the workers there. They never had boxes to put food in and were yelling at each other in the back. Terrible. I watched them.going through the heat rack chicken to fill my bucket. They threw most of the chicken out that was in there. It was so dry when I got it I couldn't eat it. It didn't even taste like KFC. And to make matters worse I didn't notice until I got home that they got my order wrong. How can ya eat KFC fries with no gravy?! I went back the next day got a full refund. This was NOT my first terrible experience there. I stopped going for a while but gave them another chance.....never...
