Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Stewiacke

Stewiac Tims Just tried to charge me .50 cent to put a shot of coffee cream in my ice cap....you have got to be kidding... 50 cent for a tablespoon of cream...? It's a new thing she said charging for each cream you have in your coffee... well I won't be geting coffee here anymore. I told her she must be mistaken...she said no this is how it is now so I guess I won't be back. Tim Hortons if this is the new normal....this is serious price gouging! Noone should be charged for the amount of coffee cream they use in their coffee weather it's a tripple triple or 5 cream 5 sugar. Like my ice caps tripple tripple. They have been too strong lately. Very dark. Not like last year. Unbelievable!! I think honestly she was trying to charge me for whipped cream and wouldn't admit it. 50 cents for a shot of cream!!! I canceled my whole order and drove away....

A bit disappointed as I was going through the drive thru on Sunday October 20th at 3pm… the young lady taking my order was extremely unpleasant to me as there was aggressive “yups” and snarky “okays” as I had only ordered a muffin and a donut. There was zero patience, no manners, aggressive/irritated tone. and believe it or not, the same thing at the window. No hello, no nothing. just held the debit machine in my face. Just by her demeanour I could tell she was the same person who took my order at the speaker. I then asked her if she took my order and she scoffed and said “yeah and??” I replied with “I don’t appreciate the attitude”. She then shoved the bag in my face with no apology or response and to say the least.. that is my worst experience with...

Missed opportunity, this Tim Hortons is one of the biggest around with tons of seating and every food option Tims currently offers. The staff are very friendly and the store is extremely clean, including the public washroom. There is wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. However, it can be a real guessing game as to if the store will be open when arriving. It seems to be due to staffing issues, but on the best of days, this store closes at 7pm. The dining room closes even earlier, if at all. Food options tend to run out, so always have a backup order as they run out of options quite frequently. Overall, it is a great store if you arrive between 7am-12pm. any later than that they are out of food options or...
