KFC — Restaurant in Town of Westlock

Went last night to get some dinner been about 6 months I been here thought I would try again poor service and food the last time thought maybe things got better. Ordered online to be picked up at 630 pm ordered at 430 pm when I got there the order wasn't ready till 714 pm is when I left when I walked I. And said order for mike they said ok when no longer sell potato salad and or should out of macaroni salad I asked why they couldn't call when order was place to let me no they have the customer information and number on the order so stuck with all corn and a slaw added large gravy but when I look was small food was cold fries tasted old the lady the was talking with me had 0 answers for anything I asked and no response I asked how long the been out of salad she said about 3 to 4 days really why hasn't it been ordered to me for a restaurant that's long yime to be out of one of the main things still had no answer I dont understand why this place has so many issues and the reviews are crazy you would thing they would want to better there name and rep over all I don't recommend there are lots other...

Need fast food? Do not come here. We observed six people arrive after us and receive their orders within a reasonable timeframe, despite not having ordered ahead of time. *

Conversely, we waited approximately 20 minutes to receive our order. While waiting, we noticed other customers who had arrived after us receive their orders and leave before us.

The counter staff member who took our order eventually inquired, "Are you waiting for something?" This was surprising, given the delay. Initially, we had specified that we did not want fries with our four-piece order and macaroni.

However, upon opening the box, we found coleslaw and fries. Furthermore, we ordered two famous chicken sandwiches, gravy, and two popcorn and fries combos.

Regrettably, all the fries were cold, and the gravy was lukewarm with lumps and not even half a cup.

Notably, when we walked to our vehicle and pulled the order out of the bag, we immediately noticed the issue with the gravy and took a picture for reference.

The only redeeming aspect was the cleanliness of the bathroom and the fact that the sandwich and chicken were at the proper...

Went in on Tuesday for lunch The lady at the counter was super hard to understand and when I started to open the door to come in I could hear here say hello what can i get for you ….now the door is not even open half way and I’m being asked what I want to order !!!!!
