Subway — Restaurant in Town of Westlock

Love subway big-time....this comment is for the company itself from myself;(ok subway,now i have to express myself about something that you took off yr menu that really pissed me off as a customer,and I'm finally saying something about it why,#1.i used to really and I mean I really enjoyed the chicken ceaser salad that you so rudely and abruptly got rid of off yr menu.now I and I know a lot of other people that would love to see gg types of salads brought bac GG 5g5k like yesterday f absolutely lovefd FC f for in barrhead Alberta I attef4f trying GG salad for 2 yrs sometimes twice a day.now I guess I'm asking you to put it back on the menu,asap pls.i miss it so much because they did a terrific job in making my salad just...

I wanted to mention that with in a few weeks of this review I posted I ran into a young gentleman and his daughter at the airport in Saskatoon I believe. We were standing inline at Starbucks, and struck up a conversation and one thing lead to another but I ended up telling him about the awful experience at the Subway in Westlock. It turns out that he was then owner of this subway and a few more. Needles to say it made me very grateful to meet him and his daughter and he reassured me that changes to customer service was changing for the better within the organization. I felt better and ended up having an amazing flight and the rest of my day. SO thank you...

I had a fantastic experience at the Subway in Westlock, Alberta! The service was outstanding, thanks to Harman, who went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted. The ingredients were fresh, and the sandwich was delicious.
