Camy's Pizza Langley — Restaurant in Township of Langley

Have ordered here over a number of years. Often out of dumb hope it might be different this time. The food hasn't improved, the service might have actually gotten worse. But evidently I have a short memory and a lack of local options. Dry, overcooked and minimalist pizza (even if you willingly pay for extra toppings). As the owners and staff are Indian I expected decent Indian food, but it's all surprisingly bland and seemingly makes use of the cheapest ingredients available. You should also know that you have to order rice in addition to your butter chicken as an extra. Service is friendly enough UNTIL you ask for something unusual like ham and pineapple. Or heaven help you if there is a problem with your order because you are about to get an earful from an uncaring belligerent manager who won't accept they might be fallible, and knows full well the business will succeed on the backs of the local highschool lunch crowd. It's your fault your order is wrong, how dare you question it? Also, don't fall for the 40 minute delivery eta....

I'm without a doubt sure that the food is great here.. unfortunately at this location me, my wife & baby went there placed an order and was told it would be 20 minutes. We went back in half hour later & was asked for our number which the cashier did not ask us for in the first place. Just to continue telling us "it takes time" with no eye contact and to dissappear into the back. It didn't help eighter unfortunately the person who took our order had just left for a delivery. We were totally left standing there being ignored so we ended up having burger King instead. I guess it would have maybe been easier to just call our order in but lesson learned. Hopefully our next visit goes alot better. We always ordered from the surrey location and we just moved to to Langley. Hoping for a better experience next time. A Hangry Wife...

Have been ordering from here consistently for the past year. We love their pizza and Indian food options. Lately we haven't gotten an order right in our last 5 visits.

Called as we received the wrong dish (butter chicken vs. Chicken curry), and the Naan we ordered was missing as well.

Instead of trying to make it right, I was repeatedly told it was curry (it's not, we've been ordering for a year and have had both dozens of time), and that I didn't order the Naan. What happened to basic customer service principles? Instead of trying to fix it, or even just issuing an apology, I was called a liar. Interesting choice.

I'll be enjoying the BUTTER CHICKEN this last time, and won't be ordering from here again. 2 stars as the food is better than other options...
