Subway — Restaurant in Trent Hills

I have been coming here for years while fishing in the area. The food is ok, just not as fresh as I would like. The bathrooms are usually pretty clean. Their staff was usually polite and pleasant to speak with even when management changed. After coming here for many years ordering the same items, one particular evening just recently, i ordered One large coffee with milk. I was told they only offer cream not milk. Every other time I've ordered, the milk was an open small bottle of milk with a note on it (for customers) sitting in the fridge beside the creamers. They said no they do not offer milk and told me to buy it if I want it. It's a $4 bottle of milk for one coffee. First question, does coffee/tea not come with options? Wow! It's not the point of the cost, it's the point of offering what you advertise and not treating your customers like this. They also charge $0.05 per paper bag they use. What is happening? Yesterday on january 27th i went in and bought a 6" assorted sub to go at around 11 am to take to the job site down the street where i recently started working. The sub came to $4.50 and i gave a $5 bill. Instead of giving me back my change the employee working put my 2 quarters into her tip jar without asking. At a take out place like subway Im under no obligation to tip whatsoever. I couldn't beleive it. Who does that. I certainly will never be back. And upon further reveiw i later looked at my receipt and it said my total was actually $4.20 so what happened to the other 30 cents i dont know. So i was ripped off for 80 cents total. Untidy bathrooms and no smile service, I do not understand why these establishments don’t check their bathrooms regularly, absolutely gross. Food is made to order and fairly made portions and condiments. No problem there. But I always get someone who seems to hate their job when I’m being served. I don’t like feeling like I am annoying customer to the person to the person making my sandwich. We are not an annoyance to you, we are you customers :) would much rather go to master submarine in Campbellford. then here any day...
